Unable to call a single specific Sky landline number from any Sky mobile phone

My home landline number is with Sky. It can be called from any network other than Sky mobile. I get "Sorry this number doesnt exist". It obviosly does as it can ber called from any other network. This looks like some kind of data fill problem on the Sky network. How can I talk to someone to get this resolved

To get this looked into you will need to report this to Sky, they can be called from your mobile on the free 150 (just that) number as they should be able to take the details from you to send it through to another team at Sky to look into it for you.
