There is a technical error when I try activate my new sim card. Is this a short term issue or has it been going on for a while?

It's no letting me activate my replacement sim it keeps saying technical error??

I'm having this issue too.. been without an active connection for 4 days, just got my new sim and now can't activate it! Really frustrating
