Unable to activate an Esim on a Ipdad purchased from Sky

I'm unable to ativate a new Esim on my new Ipad. The esim appears in my account, I have the confirmation code. When I scan the QR code and put the code in it reports the code is invalid. I have spent three days trying to sort this. Spoken to three 'Experts' the second advised this would be passed to the Esim team. On the third day the expert advised I should wait for the Esim team but after two days I have had no response.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

After three days had a call from the Esim team and they requested I repeat the process using the origonal confirmation code which is what I have been doing over the last four days. Doing this I get a popup.

 

Mobile plan can not be added.

This code is no longer valid, contact your network provider for more information.
