Unable to activate SIM

I have a SIM card that came with my iPhone 14.
It was a £0 SIM card with 100mb per month.

I have inserted this SIM and gone to activate via Sky.com/SIM but it just keeps reverting back to Sim sales page.

 

 

Other than my device I am not a Sky customer so I am unable to dial 150

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you order this sim and the 100mb package as most phones from Sky come with a sim by default so if you didn't then I'm not sure it can be activated.

I have looked back at the invoice and it was part of a package for £5 and then a discount of £5 making it a £0 per month SIM

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
