Unable to activate SIM sent when I went from 6gb to 25gb

Just got a new SIM card , moving from 6gb to 25gb.

Tried numerous times entering the Sky activation code in the replacement SIM screen.

Keeps saying Something went wrong try again later, been trying for a week now .

Hi @KevinStanworth give sky a call on 150 and they will activate it for you. If this is a new sim/plan are you aware it will have a new number and you can't easily transfer an old number on sky to a new sky sim.

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.

Not sure what you are doing but if it is a new sim and not a replacment then it does need to be activated as a new sim. Meaning if you already have one you will be paying for a second one.
