Unable to access phone texts or data in Tenerife

Just getting a message saying "No network available"

hiya. 

I'm having exactly the same problem. 

EVERYDAY I loose my network connection. I've been here for 2 weeks and it's been a daily occurrence. Some days its been out for 12+ hours.

And to add, my phone keeps picking up Madrid as the local time so I'm always showing as an hour ahead 🤦‍♂️

 

Assuming it's related. 

Not really sure I've had my '£2 a day' value for money!!!

Hi @Martin79uk  this sounds like it's a problem with the local network over which sky have no control. Have you tried searching for and connecting to a different local network ?

Hi, is there a fix for this please? We are in Tenerife and have experienced the same problem since we arrived on Monday.
