Unable to access my Sky Mobile bill

Hi,

 

I switched from another provider to Sky a few weeks ago. First, I could not activate my two sims and after countles hours chatting with Sky experts on Watsapp had no result and I called a 081 number which I can't post, and finally somebody was able to help.

 

Now I can't see my bill. It is issued, it is due but I can't see it.

I can see my broadband and TV bill but when I try to access Sky Mobile bill I get an error " This page is restricted." https://www.sky.com/bill/unauthorised

 

Nobody seems to know why. Can I get some help please?
