Unable to access internet on Motorola G30

My wife has a Motorola G30 and changed to Sky mobile a few months ago and has not been able to access the internet apart from using the Wifi, we put her Sky Sim into my Galaxy phone and it worked, we put my Sky Sim into her phone and it doesn't, we also put my daughter's 02 Sim into the Motorola and it works, I contacted Motorola and they said that the APN needs to be changed manually by Sky, I've contacted the helpline on 4 seperate occasions and been passed from pillar to post doing all the same tests with the phone but nobody has been able to give me the information to change the APN, each time they have said that someone from I.T. will be in touch but to date 2 months later from the first call I have not been contacted, can somebody please help as we can't use the phone outside of the house to get on the internet

@Bluebull

This should be what you need to do:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Re: Unable to access internet on Motorola G30

Thank you for your information @PandJ2020 , I was not able to visit my daughter until today she has more knowledge of these things and with your information she was able to manually get my wife's phone working, we are still waiting to hear from Sky even after putting in a formal complaint, if this is the way they treat their loyal customers of over 18 years for TV, Broadband and Telephone Line and mobile phones, when our contract is up we shall be looking for another supplier, their loss. Thank you once again for the information
