Unable to access Piggybank Rewards & New Devices

Hello, ever since I've become a customer I've had issues trying to access either new devices/contracts (mobile) or the accessories or mobiles via the Piggybank rewards. 

 

Whenever I try to access new phones, I get the message saying I'm eligible. I've tried this via mobile and web, on different browsers, apps, internet connections etc. Last year I was looking to upgrade but couldnt do this online, so ended up having to call. When I called they couldnt find the answer to the problem, so passed me on to telephony upgrades and got my upgrade that way. 

 

Whenever I try to use the rewards, I get the message 'your services are currently being restricted' and advised to go the account management page; when I get there, there's nothing on there to 'reinstate my services' and have not missed any payments etc. 

 

Is there any fix or issues around this? Have seen other threads about this but nothing to suggest a way around it.

A long shot and presuming you can access your billing is there anything outstanding against Sky Marketplace ?

Hey, yeah I've had a look and cannot see anything outstanding or needing attention - nothing ovbious at least anyway.
