New TV/Broadband Customer,
I had a new SkyID created by Sky Sales Team as my month old SkyID with Sky Mobile would not allow the Sales Rep to create an order for TV/Broadband.
So I now have a new Sky ID with TV/Broadband and another with Sky Mobile. How does one merge them together?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure they can be merged but you might be able to link your mobile account to the same ID that you have your other services on as per this:

When doing this if you see any error message then you will have to call Sky to speak to their ID team to see if they can help.
