Turning off parental controls (without a credit card)
Hi, how do I switch off parental controls for over 18 access, (I don't have a credit card) is there another way? Thanks

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
