Trying to upgrade phone but free cromebook isn't being added to the basket? Any ideas

I've been trying to upgrade my phone, to a phone that has a free cromebook offer, but I don't get the option to add it to the basket etc

What do the terms of the offer say?  (Some require the item in the basket, others you have to claim afterwards from the manufacturer and sometimes it's automatic some time later)

@Sarah+wr  Reading the page prior to ordering with any offers is a good idea.  The latest offer shows this, it shows how you need to claim the offer.

It says before, it will come up as "add accessory and will show as free" but it doesnt

@Sarah+wr  Have you read the text within the image in my post?  It tells you how to claim the laptop or have you orderd a different device which has different instructions.
