Trying to upgrade on line via the app
I would like to upgrade my I pad but when I go to add the product to the basket it keeps showing a message about not being able to complete it

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
