Trying to upgrade my phone device but cant change address

Im trying to upgrade my device but when i get through to the final part its telling me it will be posted to my old address and i cant see a way of changing it?

If you can't change your address before placing the order) then as it needs to be changed you have two options, we can either alert Sky's messaging team via here who will contact you tomorrow morning about changing it or you could call Sky and ask them to change it and place the order at the same time.

When calling you need to say nothing if it asks you anything about why you are calling.

Could we escalate it on here? The call center shuts at 8pm

We can escalate for you but as I said earlier they will not get in contact via here until tomorrow morning and then all they can do is to change your address so are you OK with this ?

Yes please that would be great, thats all i need to do i can place the order once the address is changed tomorrow

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
