Trying to upgrade my mobile and iPad but tells me to reinstate services

I received an email from sky saying I can upgrade my mobile and iPad but when I log in and start the upgrade it tells me to reinstate services even tho all payments are up to date and all my services are running fine.

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 as hopefully they can help you with this.
