Us customers can't say why you are failing the check so this is something you will need to investigate.

You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.

Make sire all the details are correct like your address and that there are no spelling mistakes.
