Trying to upgrade but getting Its not you its us technical issue

I am trying to upgrade my tablet, but each time i add a new tablet to my basket i get, its not you, its us technical issue.  strange thing is, if i go and choose a mobile phone instead it works  Trouble i, i do not need a mobile. i need to upgrade my tablet. grrr been like this for several day

The only way around this would be to call Sky and have them process your upgrade order.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
