Trying to upgrade but being told I need to reinstate services

My sky app tells me im ready for an upgrade on my phone but then is not letting me and saying I need to reinstate my services, yet my bill is paid and I have nothing outstanding.

You'll need to call Sky on 150 to order/fix.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
