Trying to switch from Virgin mobile but 6 digit account number for Virgin not accepted. Any ideas.

When I try to process Sky mobile do not recognize the 6 digit Vitgin mobile account number

You need a PAC code (not an account number).

And this is what you need to do:

Buy the Sky sim

Activate it when it arrives but do not put it in your phone.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
