Trying to sign CCA agreement

I'm having trouble trying to sign a CCA agreement for a phone on swap 24. I just keep getting the same error message and have spent 6 hours on the phone today with different people who can't help

Yep! Doesn't work. 

My account is linked to sky mobile. I've had the same account for 13 years. Honestly this is an absolute stress and nobody seems to know how to help.
