Hi,
when I click pay credit agreement I get the below error, when phone number offered on bill payment screen cuts off after stating trying to pay off credit agreement.
"Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account."

Hi,
I have tried 150 but state I want to pay the credit agreement off and it sends me a text message with help and then disconnects.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have a mobile with a Sky sim in that I would call Sky on 150 as they should be able to take this payment from you.

I have seen this response now many forums and tbh its should be fixed seems to of been an issue since 2021. dialing 150 is good if you have the phone in question with you.
