I'm trying to clear the balance on an accessory agreement but every time I do I get that annoying error message saying it's not me it's sky. All I want to do is pay it off

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @ashley1980 its normally better to phone sky to do this as sometimes the payment has ended up as credit on your account rather than finishing a contract. You can call sky on 150 from a sky sim.
