Trying to pay mobile bill but daying acvount not linked. Try calling Sky and saying ive blicked thri

Trying to pay mobile bill but link not working, says invalid.  Though sky tell me my account was linked. Trying to call sky both on my sons phone ( he has never rung sky) and mine and saying " we cannot make thos call as you have added a spam tap" we have not! Help anyone

@Teenytrish 

You shouldn't have to pay your mobile bill as you should have a payment method in place so Sky can take it automatically from you each month so have you got this set up on your account ?
