Trying to get traded in phone back

I misunderstood when on the phone to sky and I have traded in my phone and got £80 for it but I still have £510 left to pay for it. Spoke to sky again who have said if I get phone back I can swap it for my new phone I just received. I've e-mailed the trade in team last week with no reply. Is there a phone number I can phone and speak to someone or is anyone able to please help me!!!

You'll have to call Sky on 150.

When you initiate a swap then you purchase a new phone and then return the old phone to be valued.

The value of the old phone is then deducted from any remaining credit balance and the remainder is immediately payable (Around £430 here) on the next bill.

You'll have to return your new phone within the cooling off period to cancel the new credit agreement and ask for the old phone to be returned.  However, I'm not sure if it's now possible to easily revert to monthly payments for it.
