Trying to.claim.the book cover keypad

I just purchased the Samsung s10 fe and it says you can claim a cover keypad but I can't find invoice number and the options.of tablets to choose from I can't find the omeI.purchased eg it says s10 fe WiFi or s10 fe 5g not sure as no indication in the product . Please I need some help .

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
