Trying to cancel contract from online account - no option?

Sky contract is paid off. I never use my calls/text bundle of data only ever use WiFi, so I want to cancel because I'm still being charged £8 p/month (just gone up again). 

 

Trying to do this online, but, there's no option to cancel?

@JNDY  You need to call to cancel your sim/data plan.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@JNDY  you can't cancel online, give sky a call on 150

I'm in Cyprus. 

Is there a way to call from my Sky Mobile that's free? 

And my phone will still work across WiFi after I've cancelled won't it? Just checking.

@JNDY  not sure it'll work outside the uk might be best to wait until you return (if you plan to)
