Trying to buy a phone and sim plan

Hi I have been trying to buy a ohone and sim plan and when I add to the basket and try and check out, the response keeps saying technical issue, its not you but us and asks me to return to sky. Thi has been hapennning for the last 3 days and very frustrating as it looks like it is going to be successful until the last point. Any ideas what is going on and why it would say thi at the same point in the transaction? Thanks

ive had exactly the same thing happen last 3 days as well so frustrating will be ringing them .

Hi @Yaz6060  this does seem to be happen sometimes. If you can't do it online then your only option is to call sky and get them to place the order for you.
