Try to convert my sim to an eSIM and transfer to new phone now both phones are not workjng

I tried to convert my old sim on a iPhone 13 Pro to a new eSIM as I now have an iPhone 15 pro not sure if this worked, now I can not use my old phone or my new phone as seems as the sims are not working on either phone as I am unable to make calls on either
