Trouble with activating sim as it wont accept my old pac number

I cannot activate my  new Sim and iphone> I followed instuctions but when i put in both sim card numbers it says that my old number is still in use. Both are with SKY

What do you mean by your old pac number as this is used to transfer a number between networks. To activate a sim you need to enter the activation code that came with the sim.

Yes I followed all instuctions. Entered the activation code. Text the 65075 to get the sky number of my old pac and enterd that as requested.

Dose not recognise the second - says it is still in use

When you are texting that number is your sim from your previous network in your phone ?

Hi @BP48  are you trying to port your old number to the new sim ? If you are then you can't port from one sky sim to another.
