I have upgraded my sky sim to more GB you have sent me a new sim I have activated it but I want to keep my old number I have tried a few times just keeps saying failed what can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Molly211 You can't tranfer a number from one sky sim to another, it seems like you actually ordered a new data plan/sim and not upgraded the existing one.
You'll need to call Sky to cancel the new sim and ask if they will transfer the data plan to your old sim.
