Hey everyone,
I've just gone through the process to transfer my number to Sky but after going through the set up I got a text to say 'You're now up and running with Sky Mobile, your new number is 089XXXXXXXX.
I don't want a new number! I want and need to keep my old one.
I can't find a number to ring them, does anyone have any idea where I should go from here? I 100% selected to transfer my number btw

or trying to transfer from one sim to another
if the following you need to obtain a pac code from old provider and give this to sky by calling 150
if the latter you can't without transferring the number out to another payg provider then back again to the correct sky sim

As advised by @SKY1992bf you now need to get a pac code from your previous network and give this to Sky who should then transfer your number over on the next available working day.
