I am having difficulty with keeping my o2 number and transferring it to my sky mobile. I have entered the pac code etc and sky said my number has transferred over which it hasn't and is showing my sky number when texting people and noone can text or face time me.
If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
