Transferring my phone number frim one sky sim contract to a new sim

Hi, my son has taken out a contract in his own name with a new sim , his previous contract was under my name with sky also, I requested a pac code so he can keep his number but when he has tried to activate the new sim and enter the pac code it says that you can't do this as it is already a sky number

Hi @Hayley88  as you have found you can't port from one sky sim to another. The only way to achieve what you want now is to port his number from your account to another network on PAYG then port back onto his new sim on his new account.
