Transferring my mobile number paused

Sky have emailed me saying that transferring my mobile number has been paused because of the type of account in my request, i.e. either Prepay or Bill pay. They say I should resubmit my request but I can't seem to be able to do this. 

Please help

Transferred my Mobile Number

I have recently signed up to Sky Mobile but I am having trouble getting my number moved across to you. I received an email telling me that my number has been paused because it should be either Prepay or Bill Pay and they told me to resubmit my request but I am finding this impossible to do. The email I received stated

"Transferring your number to Sky Mobile has been paused

It looks like the type of account you selected, either Prepay or Bill pay, doesn't match with your mobile number. You may need to try a different account type when requesting to switch to Sky."

Please help me sort this out as I will not be activating my SIM card until it is sorted. I will not be using a different mobile phone number than the one I have had for over 20 years now. Not even for a short while

 

Does anybody have a normal phone number that I can call Sky from Ireland. I can't ring 0818 numbers so please don't give me that one

Make sure the flag at the bottom right it set to ROI. You will have to call Sky Ireland tomorrow if the phone lines are now closed.

This is not working. The flag at the bottom is the Irish flag but the number is still an 0818 number which I can't call because my current provider doesn't allow this. What I need is a ROI landline number or a 1800 number. 

 

Are Sky really that difficult to get in touch with? I'm having second thoughts now about going to Sky Mobile and feel like just cancelling now as it's in the cooling off period
