I've got a new phone & sim for my elderly dad.

& will be keeping the same number, I'm not sure how to transfer all of data/contacts/stuff from the old phone to the new one.. It's a very old phone & don't think It has a back up option? Any ideas would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

On his old phone if the contacts were saved to the sim then they should be present when you put this sim in his new phone.
