Hi,
I have read similar threads, but I was one with cancellation team who were helping me to sort my mums broadband out.
As part of the call he asked if my mum wanted sky mobile and I explained that she was already on my sky account.
The agent then suggested that she can take a new SIM on her account and transfer her existing sky mobile number from my account to hers and keep the existing number.
Has anyone managed to successfully do this?

there is no other way round so what she was told wasn't fully correct

Find out moreThey have been a bit naughty telling her that she can transfer her Sky sim from one Sky account to a different one as it is not possible to do this directly. The workaround would be to transfer it to a PAYG network then back to her "new account".
