I had a sky mobile and have just got a new one which has a new number and I want to keep my old number. Please help

I am in the same situation. Xferring daughters phone from wife's sky account to mine. Went through the PAC route and it says cannot transfer from one sky account to another. So at a loss.

That is correct. You can't directly transfer a sim from one Sky account to another Sky account. I don't believe any provider allows a similar transfer.
All you can do is move the relevant sim to another networks PAYG then move it again to the Sky account you want it on.
