Transferred to sky from Vodafone sim activated but still can’t make calls or text or use mobile data
Transferred to sky from Vodafone. Sim activated but still can't call or text or use mobile data. Phone only works when connected to WiFi for internet and WhatsApp. Have contacted sky twice so know the activation is complete. Have switched phone off and on again several times but still nothing.
