Wife and I transferred to Sky Mobile yesterday. The Sky numbers are working but our Giffgaff numbers have not been transferred over and we've had no text or email to say the numbers have been transferred.
cant get through to Sky chat as message system is unavailable. I know there was a problem yesterday but apparently that should have cleared.
Any advice please ?

All sorted now thanks. Thought that number switch over took place on the same day. Turns out it doesn't
