I have transferred my mobile from EE to sky and have submitted my pac codes for our two phones. This was nearly two weeks ago and have not heard anything yet. Should I be concerned and if so who do I contact?

You would need to call Sky as the number should have transferred to Sky on the next working day, so with the Sky sim in the phone you can call them for free on just 150.
