I have bought kids new iPhones and want to transfer and/or sell their old iPhone SE phones to family.

how do I get an unlock code so the phone can be used with another provider?

I have paid off credit owing.

All mobiles provided by Sky are unlocked to any network.

As @Daniel0210 has said any phone from Sky is unlocked so a sim from a different network should work in them. If it doesn't then the new owner will need to refresh the network settings to get the sim to work in it.
