We've got loads of data saved, can't access it. Both husband and daughter have ran out this month. Please can we use the piggybank as its blooming impossible to do. HELP.

Whichever way around I go about it. It goes back to the home screen trying to sell me a phone etc. Don't need that, I can't access the piggy bank to transfer the data saved to give to my daughter and husband. They're on sky mobile.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

You just need to use the chat bubble at the bottom of the page, remember it isn't a live chat so you might not get an instant reply,
