Transfer a device and sim to a new Sky ID

Hi all, 

 

My husband and I are separating and we'd both like to contine our phone contracts with Sky. Is it possible to transfer his device and sim plan to his new sky ID?

@BeccaandSimon  You can't transfer either to a different account.

 

You only option in regards to the sim  is to order one under a new account, Port out the number to another provider on PAYG and then port to new sim .

 

Porting can't be done from Sky sim to Sky sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
