Hi hoping for some help please. I sent in my old phone to trade in. Was quoted a price snd i can see its been received but havent heard anything at all. When i try to log onto my trade in account it wont let me. What do i do?

Still don't see why it takes that long we did sky trade in with my daughter and was done in 48 hours! Any ideas how I can reset my password as it says 'there was a problem resetting this password'

Probably the shear volume of swap returns causing a backlog. By the way, you may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
