Trade in phone sent and recieved 7/6/24

Hi hoping for some help please. I sent in my old phone to trade in. Was quoted a price snd i can see its been received but havent heard anything at all. When i try to log onto my trade in account it wont let me. What do i do?

They have to process the return, check the device for any damage etc then value it to see if it reaches the amount you've been quoted.

It takes the company that handles these returns up to 3 weeks to inspect these returned devices so if it has been more than this then give Sky a call on 150 from your new mobile.

Still don't see why it takes that long we did sky trade in with my daughter and was done in 48 hours! Any ideas how I can reset my password as it says 'there was a problem resetting this password'

Probably the shear volume of swap returns causing a backlog. By the way, you may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
