Hi, I just wondered if anyone has had their bill credited? I have the same issue, swapped via sky thinking would automatically be put in but hasn't been. Tried completing via Samsung trade in form but then implies trading to Samsung but phone already swapped with sky??? Who do you contact?

That would be Sky as it is them who you swapped with so when did you send back your device to them as it is taking the company that handles them 2-3 weeks to book them in.

Sent it back this week and received email on Friday confirming the swap via sky mobile and bill changed showing the swap but not with the £150 bill credit. I guess I ring sky and talked to them?

Find out moreIf you only got the email on Friday confirming your swap then it might not be on your next bill if the bill had been created prior to this date as a Sky bill is created 14 days before it is due to be paid. Have you checked your next bill to see if it has appeared on there ?

Beyond ridiculous now,called for the 3rd time yesterday was again fobbed off being told to fill in Samsung,which I told them I have already done even though they have my phone and the swap I have done is with sky not Samsung. Like banging head against a brick wall. Sky putting an offer up and just not fulfilling their obligations. If its not in by the end of this week I have no option but to cancel direct debit,as I am not paying an astronomical bill because they have dragged their heels not giving customers what they are promising,disgrace they are. Glad I switched the TV and broadband and hopefully I can swith mobile providers ASAP, as their customer service to me in the last 12 months has been absolutely horrific.

@caesarome i'm the same, have confirmation of the swap, phone amount has been credited on bill but no sign of £150. Have checked the next bill and can't see it there either.

Hey everyone, I checked my sky app this morning and can see a credit adjustment of £150 added to my bill so I will assume that regardless of if you got it over the phone or online, they add the amount to your bill.
I hope you all receive your refunds soon and thanks for all your help.

I got the phone on the 9th and yes I filled the form with Samsung in on the 17th after I sent my old phone back.

Hi! Can I ask how you filled in the form on samsung without having to send your phone back? Stuck in same situation. Bought my phone in February and still haven't received credit. Have phoned sky multiple times and just keep getting told to wait

I kept the phone for about a week as I wanted to make sure everything had transfered over. But I filled the form in the day I send my phone back to sky. All you need is the information from your old phone such as you IMEI and then you can fill the form in.

Forgot to add.
Once you fill in the form they send you the box to send the phone back in. I just didn't send it back as it was already with Sky at that point.

Sent my old phone back got my s23 on March 3rd still no bill credit. Just keep getting lied to by sky. Tried s samsung they're saying sky mobile should credit my bill which they haven't. I've given up after around 30 calls

I too am being lied to; I was told £100 credit for swopping to the S23 will be added to my bill after 30 days or my next bill , 2 bills later after 40 days still nothing, this was after I spoke to someone who said I had to fill in the form on samsung website, even though I explained the old phone has already been sent back to Sky, when the Samsung website asked for my bank details, he then went quite. then put me through to someone else, who said he should not have done that and did not know what he was doing!
I am dreading hav8ng to phone yet again and explaining again about this offer to someone who has no clue that Sky advertised this offer below.
Purchase between 12th April and 27th June 2023 and claim upto £100 when you trade in an eligible smartphone.
"If you’re an existing Sky Mobile customer swapping to the Samsung Galaxy S23, you’ll receive a £100 bill credit. To claim, log into your Sky Mobile account to start your Swap journey. Pick the Samsung Galaxy S23 to swap to and once you’ve completed the process, your £100 bill credit will be added to your next or subsequent bill."
