Trade in credit

I swapped my iPhone for a Google pixel and the offer at the time was an extra £200 trade in value. I emailed several times and I receive no replys for weeks. I still haven't had my extra credit. I am extremely disappointed as I was also meant to get a Google pixel watch on offer too but your website did not allow me the option to add the watch. I complained only to be notified that the offer wasn't available now even though I choose this offer within the time frame. I was looking to trade in my apple air iPad for the new apple air but I have been completely let down with Sky and very poor customer service.
