Trade-In price less than the price offered yesterday!

I looked at the My Swap option on the website yesterday and was given a price for my old phone which was equivalent to the amount left to pay on it, so I decided to go ahead and order a new phone.  Having put the order through for the new phone today, I went to the Trade-in section to arrange to hand in my old phone but have been offered £39 less for it today!  This leaves me less than enthusiastic about my new phone purchase.  How can I rectify this>. Thanks.

The valuation is based on the questions you answered about it's condition so other calling Sky to cancel I'm not sure you can rectify this.
