Hi I was unfortunately a victim of an online scammer today. He arrived at my door and took my phone without payment. It is still in contract and I was using the sale money to go towards paying it off due to being made redundant I can not afford the bill anymore. I've contacted the police but online profile was fake so I have no details of theif. Is it possible for Sky to track the device with the IMEI number alone? It was factory reset and it's a S22 Ultra 5G

No, but they can disable it but you may need a Police report.
