Told to unlock phone from iCloud but it doesn’t show in list of deviced
I've sent back my iphone14 to try and get a bit of money back - I have a new iPhone. I've had an email saying it's locked to my iCloud account. After much fiddling I've downloaded Apple Support, but the iPhone 14 isn't showing in the list of devices. The old iPhone hubby uses is, and do is my new phone. Any ideas anyone?
