Hi
Just tried to enter a competition requiring my mob no. When I entered the code sent to my phone I got the above message. (Should have added £2 to my mobile bill)
I found some info re "premium calls" being excluded by some providers but not sure if this is the reason?
I've got Sky mobile sim only with iphone 11.

Pretty certain I haven't. (I can't see where this is reflected in MySky app) All the other links found relate to roaming while abroad, not texting a competition no in the UK.

Ta. Just changed it. I guess the default must be zilch, as never discussed when contract taken out and subsequently renewed.
